Your Library

We are dedicated to providing you with safe library services as the Coronavirus pandemic continues. We will regularly update our opening times and FAQ pages to keep you informed about the services available. If you wish to study in the library, you will need to book a space using the simple booking site. Please use the click and collect service to borrow print books quickly and safely. Assistance with using this service is available in this help sheet.

Whatever you study at Bucks, use Library Search to discover the wealth of resources in our well-stocked libraries. There are four floors of books, journals and computer suites in our Gateway building in High Wycombe. At Uxbridge, there’s a specialist library for health and nursing students. Library Regulations apply when using our libraries.

Your Digital Reading Lists give you access to your essential and recommended texts and resources for your course. Use our Suggest a Book Scheme to choose books that the Library can consider buying.

Looking for somewhere quiet to get on with your work? There are flexible study areas in both libraries. Or you can access our online resources and work from another location. We can also loan you a laptop. Please ask at the library service desk
