Life on campus
Our state-of-the-art campuses can be found in four lively towns just outside of London. Wherever you’re based, you’ll have endless places to explore and great travel links to London, Oxford and the rest of the UK and beyond. Simply hop on a direct train or tube!
At our High Wycombe Campus you’ll be in the heart of the action. As our main campus, it is home to a range of state-of-the-art facilities, such as personal Art & Design workspaces, Aviation Simulator, Gym and Film and TV Studios. It also houses our 1,100 capacity venue where we put on free exciting activities and events. This is why we have one of the top 3 Students’ Union in the UK (NSS 2020).
High Wycombe is just a 30-minute train journey to the London city centre, as well as a short ride to Oxford, Reading and Birmingham. In the town centre you can find a range of pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a shopping centre full of popular retailers. The town itself is surrounded by relaxing countryside and interesting history. You get the best of both worlds!
We understand the importance of healthcare, that’s why we have a whole campus in Uxbridge dedicated to Nursing, Healthcare and Allied Health courses. So if you decide to study one of these courses, this will be most likely your new home! Uxbridge campus houses a range of working wards, simulation labs and operation theatre for our students to use.
Uxbridge is a short distance from the London Metropolitan and Piccadilly tube lines; the nearest tube station is only a five-minute walk! In the town itself you can also explore a range of shops, restaurants and bars, as well as countryside where you can walk and sail around the town’s lake.
Aylesbury Vale may seem quieter than our other campuses, however there is still lots going on. The Campus has some brand-new state-of-the-art nursing simulations, a Cyber Resilience Centre and a digital hub for all your course needs.
Surrounded by countryside and stately homes, this small and friendly area offers a tight community feel. The town itself has a range of shops, pubs and arts culture. Aylesbury Vale also has direct links to London Marylebone and Great Missenden.
