‘Move Online’ with Gateway Gym

With another national lockdown in place, our group exercise sessions once again return to an exclusively live-streamed format. Our ‘Moving Online’ programme has proved hugely popular, with people telling us that it has helped combat many of the mental health challenges they have faced throughout lockdowns and beyond, as well as helping maintain their physical fitness. Building on this success and in an effort to give everyone as much choice as possible, we have once again extended the schedule of classes to cover even more options within the broad areas of cardiovascular fitness, strength and tone and mind/body balance. You can get sassy trying Burlexercise with Beth, become mindful practising yoga with Chandra or end up downright hot and sweaty enduring CardioHIIT with John.
