‘Move Online’ with Gateway Gym

Although our gym is able to re-open from 12 April, face-to-face group exercise must wait a little longer (no earlier than 17 May). In the meantime we are continuing our hugely popular ‘Moving Online’ FREE livestreamed group exercise programme. As well as helping to maintain fitness levels attendees have told us that the sessions have helped combat many of the mental health challenges they have faced throughout lockdowns and beyond. Sessions cover cardiovascular fitness, strength and tone and mind/body balance. You can get sassy trying Burlexercise with Beth, be mindful practising yoga with Chandra or end up downright hot and sweaty enduring CardioHIIT with John.   5. Choose the sessions you want to attend online
