Biography

Mark Keep joined Bucks in January 2019 after many years applying psychology in a variety of different settings and environments. With a background in child development and education, Mark has worked with children, young people and adults in a range of sporting and educational environments as a team leader, coach, and psychologist.

More recently, Mark has been practicing as a chartered Sport & Exercise Psychologist (through the British Psychological Society and HCPC), working across an array of sport and performance environments including football, tennis, athletics, American football among others.

As a Sport Psychologist, Mark is currently working within an elite football academy, supporting players, parents and coaches develop along the challenging talent development pathway. Other applied roles also include delivering the mental skills component of the DiSE program in athletics, golf and motorsport, and working with a number of individual clients and schools to embed a set of psychological characteristics for developing excellence.

Mark is a former footballer and now enjoys challenging himself in golf, running and snooker.
