Dr Yaser Shyyab

Before joining Buckinghamshire New University in 2023, I taught Business courses in Universities in Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom. I was a lecturer in the University of Bradford International College, as well as an academic in the University of Huddersfield, in which I have completed my Ph.D. in Business and Management.

I studied for my Business and HR Management masters degree as well as becoming a member of the Chartered Management Institution at the University of Huddersfield. As a published author, my areas of research interest include leadership, interpersonal trust, and knowledge sharing. These three fields are the main key ingredient to a Business’s Innovation.

I am a member of Chartered Management Institution, and currently in the process of becoming a Fellow at the Higher Education Academy.
