Being You Network at BNU

Welcome to the Being You Network!

The BNU Being You Network is a place to amplify the voices and intersectional experiences particularly those from underrepresented and under-resourced groups in Higher Education. It is a supportive space to network, collaborate and most importantly, learn about the intersectional and diverse experiences and needs of underrepresented and under-resourced staff in Higher Education.

Neurodiversity: an introduction

18th to 24th March is Neurodiversity Celebration Week.  During the week, we will be providing information about various aspects of neurodiversity, what BNU is doing to foster a neuroinclusive environment in which we can study and work, and sharing some colleagues’ lived experiences.

How can we be more neuro-inclusive?

As an organisation with lifelong learning at its very heart, it is essential that we acknowledge and embrace the different ways in which our people (students, staff and partners) communicate, think and learn, to enable us all to thrive.
