Please note that the information below is regarding February 2024 graduation.
The below table outlines the key deadlines that should familiarise yourself and ensure you meet. Additional information on each area is available across the graduation website pages.

| Register your attendance or non-attendance online. | Extended to 12pm (noon) on Thursday 11 January 2024 |
| Book your guest tickets. | Extended to 12pm (noon) on Thursday 11 January 2024 |
| Nominate your most inspiring tutor. | Extended to 12pm (noon) on Thursday 11 January 2024 |
Request a visa for your and/or your guests. Please note you must have booked tickets before you can submit a visa request. | The exact deadline will vary depending on the country, so we advise you to do this ASAP.

| If you don't want your personal data published in the programme, please let us know when registering your attendance. | Extended to 12pm (noon) on Thursday 11 January 2024 |
Purchase any additional guest tickets. Tickets are subject to availability, the number you can book may be restricted and will be sold on a first come first served basis until sold out. | If extra tickets are available, they can be purchased on the day of your ceremony during your registration period. |

Book your gown, hood and mortarboard. Please note you must wear a gown, hood and mortarboard and be appropriately dressed in order to attend your ceremony. | Extended to 12pm (noon) on Thursday 11 January 2024 |
