We have a team of friendly staff trained to deal with a wide range of enquiries from our students. We provide key information and help on many university services – please drop by, give us a call or send us an e-mail using the details below.
We can give you access to student record administration and information and we also have access to the University’s advice and guidance services which you may need during your time at BNU.
The Services we offer include:

Out of hours you are welcome to email us which we will pick up on our next working day, leave us a voicemail through our High Wycombe line, detailing your student ID number and a contact phone number.
