Student Ambassador Scheme
If you are looking for paid part time work that is flexible around your studies then the Student Ambassador Scheme could be for you!
Student Ambassadors are current Bucks students who are trained by and work for Marketing and Student Recruitment. We give you the opportunity to learn new skills, meet other students and add work experience to your CV, as well as earning a bit of money on the side.
What it involves
Student Ambassadors work in a number of different roles, with training and support provided by our Events team. Below is some of the work we offer our ambassadors:
- Support for open days
- Support for interview days and Applicant Visit Days
- Deliver campus tours
- Support sessions delivered in schools and colleges
- Representing the University at UCAS fairs and school fairs
- Being a mentor for school students
- Support for residential summer schools
- Office work
You may also be able to represent your course and attend events specific to your industry.
We work across both High Wycombe and Uxbridge campus events, and sometimes send you out to events across the UK. It all depends on what you want to get involved in and you can join any time of the year.
