Our services and facilities and what can and cannot be offered based on Government COVID restrictions are under constant review. We continue to strive to provide the best range of services and facilities to deliver the experience and support needed and expected by our students.
We have produced a helpful schedule that you can view here which gives full details of the services and opening times.
Some details may be subject to change at short notice if a particular face to face service cannot be staffed appropriately due to COVID illness or isolation requirements.

The Gym is currently closed under National Lockdown restrictions. All current memberships have been frozen and once we are able to return, the ‘missed’ days will be credited back. The gym has introduced 'Moving Online' for all students and staff - a new and improved livestreamed group exercise programme. The sessions can be seen on the timetable along with simple descriptions of what they involve. Book by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org giving your name and stating which sessions you want to attend. We will then send you a Zoom session invite between 30 and 60 minutes before the session. Find out more on the Gateway Gym website.
Our Campus cafés on each site remain open but are currently offering a takeaway only service - in line with Government National Lockdown restrictions. Customer are asked to make contactless payments.

Bucks Students’ Union continue to offer a broad and diverse range of events and activities through The Big Deal, all completely free of charge. You can find out more about upcoming events on our what’s on page.
Yes, the shuttle bus service between the High Wycombe and Uxbridge campus continues to run. You can view the term-time timetable here. Your ID will be scanned when you use the service and a face-covering is mandatory, unless you are exempt. Please maintain social distancing when you travel on the campus link to ensure the safety our University community.
IT Service Desk colleagues will continue to provide support. The physical Service Desk on Level 2 in the Gateway Building will be open for students only to ensure you get the best student experience, in the safest way possible. Support hours and contact details can be found here.
