A total of eight students from Buckinghamshire New University were among winners at the Young Creative Network (YCN) Awards 2016.
The BA (Hons) Creative Advertising students enjoyed success in a range of categories at the prestigious annual showcase, presented at the Barbican Centre, London.
Joe Shields and Max Parker-Smith were winners in the Feel Good Drinks category; Holly Padden and Miriam Patience in the Independence Day: Resurgence category; Marc Reed and Ellis Dagnall, and Charlie Pendarves and Chloe Stephenson, in the Walkers category.
The YCN Student Awards are based around the brand partnership between European football's governing body, UEFA, and Walkers Crisps and a single campaign that could benefit both brands.
Marc now has a position as Head of Content at audio manufacturer Midbass, which is behind the VIBE range of car audio equipment and Wraps in-ear headphones. He said: "My YCN Award was one of the key factors in my appointment as Head of Content at one of the UK's leading audio companies. I couldn't have done this without the leadership and stewardship of my tutors at Bucks. I owe all my successes to this University."
Julie Wright, Senior Lecturer in Creative Advertising, said: "We are incredibly proud of our winning students - they've all graduated in 2016 and we are certain that they are all on course for fantastic careers."
