All data is securely held in the University Alumni Office and will be treated confidentially and with sensitivity for the benefit of Bucks New University and individual members.
The data may be made available to academic and administrative departments within the University, and to agents contracted by the University for particular alumni-related projects.

- the promotion of benefits and services available to alumni;
- notification of alumni events and of programmes involving academic schools and administrative units;
