Fees and Funding
Tuition fees are a key matter for all students, and it is important you are familiar with how to pay and what support may be available to you.
We charge our tuition fees once a year, at the start of each year of study – and these fees are subject to change annually. Some courses also have additional costs associated with them, and it’s important you familiarise yourself with these so that you can budget accordingly.
You’ll find details of course fees, programme specifications and additional costs for 2016/17 entry on our individual course pages for UK, EU and international students. Please use the course search facility on the Bucks New University home page to look at the course you’re interested in.
Changes for the undergraduate fees for 2017-18 entry
The UK government has proposed a 2.8% (inflationary) fee increase in tuition fees, to £9,250 a year from September 2017.
You can find information on this increase in a written statement by the Minister of State for Universities and Science on 21 July 2016.
Bucks is one of the eligible providers permitted to increase its fees – and we will be doing so for new undergraduate UK and EU students starting study in the 2017/18 academic year to match this revised fee cap.
This increase is subject to final approval and confirmation by the UK government and other regulatory bodies, such as HEFCE and OFFA.
Applicants for the 2017-18 academic year should expect the fees to be set at this new rate. However, we will contact all applicants if this information changes.
