Adult Nurse Lecturer


Sarah has twenty years’ experience of working in Primary Care after graduating as an Adult Nurse. Having always wanted to work in Primary Care she started her career as a Practice Nurse and then progressed to becoming an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and an Independent Nurse Prescriber. Her main interests are in the area of community and public health nursing with a focus on Health Promotion, Diabetes, Women’s Health and Minor Illness.

She endeavours to strengthen the learning opportunities for her students, using her clinical experience to achieve a good understanding theory that underpins clinical practice.
