Alexandra joined Bucks New University (BNU) in May 2018 as the Director of HR working closely with the Executive team to transform the university and shift ways of working. Since joining Alexandra has worked with a range of people across the University to develop Bucks People 2022, which includes the people strategy priorities for the next 4 years.
Prior to this she had a successful career as People Programme Lead for Transformation in Transport for London where she led a change team to deliver a multi-award winning and game changing culture transformation programme in London Underground as part of the ticket office closures. She joined TfL as the Head of HR Operations where she worked with the Executive team to develop a people centred people strategy that improved business and operational performance. As a result of her success in this role, she was appointed to the role of Organisation Effectiveness Manager in TfL where she led her team to improve the approach to managing organisational change within TfL
Alexandra has previous experience in the Housing, Education and IT sectors. Alexandra takes personal responsibility in delivering excellence; she’s results driven and relationship focused. Her approach to change strongly reflects the principles of client centred consulting, starting with the client at the heart of the design and empowering the client to own the changes for successful change implementation.
Alexandra is a Judge for the Training Journal Awards and Fellow of the CIPD.
