Biography

Catherine originally trained as an adult nurse at the Highlands Campus of the University of Stirling having already completed an English degree.  Her masters in Medical Law and Ethics was awarded by the University of Glasgow in 2010 and following this she undertook the Specialist Community Public Health nurse PGDip (school nursing).  Catherine moved from school nursing for Bucks Healthcare Trust into further education where she was a Course Leader and in 2016 began working at Bucks New University as a Senior Lecturer.  Catherine is currently the Programme Lead for the BSc pre-registration Nursing Programme, a first year module leader and also teaches on the Assistant Practitioner Foundation Degree.
