Dr. Déarbhla Gallagher
A graduate of Athletic Therapy and Training, Dublin City University, Déarbhla spent time working with the Gaelic Athletic Association and Football Association Ireland, Division 1 University of Pittsburgh (football, Volleyball and Wrestling) and Carnegie Mellon University Football. After completing her MSc in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation (GSR) she worked in private practice, Chelsea FC Academy, and Complex Trauma in Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre, Headley Court and primary care at RAF Odiham. With a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education and as a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy she has a wide range of teaching experience since 2011. She has completed her PhD in Concussion Assessment and continues to work in private practice as a Rehabilitation Therapist.
