Although the University isn’t always able to offer short-term accommodation for guests, there are a great number of hotels and guest houses in the High Wycombe area to suit most tastes and budgets.  Below, you’ll find links to a few we’ve selected.

Around our High Wycombe campus

For bed and breakfast, Squirrel House may well prove to be very convenient.  This AA 4-star Guest Accommodation can be found in New Road, Booker.   

The Ambassador Court Hotel is situated conveniently close to High Wycombe Town Centre and not far from Junction 4 of the M4.  There are 18 modern bedrooms equipped with satellite TV.

The Abbey Lodge Hotel is a comfortable, well-appointed and recently refurbished town hotel in High Wycombe, with attractive rooms and ensuite facilities.

With its easy access to the M4 and high-speed broadband connections in its 112 bedrooms, the Holiday Inn High Wycombe is another option you may want to consider.

Around our Uxbridge Campus

In central Uxbridge for good value there’s Travelodge Uxbridge Central right in the centre of town, by the bus and tube stations 

There are a number of guest houses such as the Alnwick Lodge, Oakdene Guest House or Ross House

Some hotels in neighbouring villages include:    

Red Lion Inn in Hillingdon (1.2 miles) with exposed timber beams, large Tudor fireplace and modern day comforts.

Tower Arms in Iver (3 miles) small, traditional family-run pub and hotel with restaurant 

Pinewood Hotel in Georges Green, Slough (3.5 miles) Contemporary hotel in a convenient yet peaceful location and a good restaurant.

De Vere Denham Grove Hotel in Denham (3.8 miles) modern design in a peaceful rural setting, with indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool spa and outdoor tennis court.
