Aylesbury Vale

Our campus at Aylesbury Vale offers a wide range of courses for students of all ages. Whether you’re coming straight from school or college, or returning to study as an adult learner for a work-related qualification, the county town of Aylesbury is a great place to be.

The beautiful town centre is crammed with pubs and bars, while just beyond lies tranquil countryside and grand stately homes. Centrally located, the £16.5 million campus sits at the end of the Aylesbury Arm of the Grand Union Canal.

Picturesque surroundings, a friendly, safe community, and a bustling entertainment scene make Aylesbury a perfect place to live and study.

Students love our bright, modern facilities, and the fantastic waterside location is second to none.

Arts for all

Need to fuel your creative juices? Aylesbury is home to the UK’s largest independent arts facility, The Queens Park Centre and Limelight Theatre. A former school that’s been converted into a creative haven, the centre offers a range of performances, arts classes and workshops for adults and children.

A short walk from campus, the 1,200 capacity Waterside Theatre and Arts Centre acts as a hub to all things cultural. Whether it’s musicals, comedy or live music, you’ll find something for you in the line up.

Nightlife and daylife

From wildlife tours  to bowling alleys, you’ll always find something to do in your precious time off from studying. The town is wonderfully quaint by day, but at night Aylesbury’s many pubs and bars come alive with students and locals socialising side by side. Wherever you go, you can enjoy your evenings out with peace of mind as Aylesbury has a reassuringly safe reputation.

Beyond the town limits, the countryside is packed with things to do. The lovingly restored Waddesdon Manor is as impressive as stately homes come. And at Christmas, it’s a perfect winter wonderland.

Excellent connections

With several direct trains to London Marylebone every hour, Aylesbury station gives you easy access to the whole of the capital. Located in the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside, you’re only a short drive to Oxford, Bicester and Milton Keynes, too.
