We recognise that to achieve its strategic aims the University must reward and recognise its employees appropriately and fairly.

Salaries at the University are operated using a grading structure and we are a part of the Joint Negotiating Committee for Higher Education. Employees may benefit from an annual pay review (if agreed). We also provide a range of tools to recognise individuals including incentive schemes to reward exceptional performance.
