Our Campuses and the Student Experience

At Bucks, we aim to provide a student experience to match your education: exciting, challenging and rewarding.

The majority of our full-time undergraduate courses are taught at our High Wycombe Campus. We have more than 5,000 students studying via this campus, enjoying the extensive facilities and town centre location.

Students can take advantage of our sports and fitness centre, dance and drama studios, production suites, and our impressive library which is housed over four floors in our flagship building, The Gateway. We have our own gym with all the latest equipment and students are eligible for discounted membership.

Our High Wycombe Campus is situated in the town centre, offering almost everything a student could need, including a Staples just across the road. High Wycombe train station is a ten-minute walk from the campus and if you take the fast train you can travel to London in less than 30 minutes.

Our Uxbridge Campus in West London is home to our nursing and healthcare practice courses. The campus provides students with a range of specialist equipment, high tech simulation suites and learning facilities.

The Uxbridge Campus library offers approximately 14,000 books in health-related subjects and 185 journal subscriptions. If you dream of a career in nursing or health care then Bucks is a great choice; we work very closely with the NHS and have an extremely high rate of graduate employment.

Our Uxbridge Campus is situated in the town centre, providing all the usual stores and places to eat within a short walking distance. Students can travel from Uxbridge to London on the tube, can also travel between campuses using our minibus service

Uxbridge students are welcome to join the gym at our High Wycombe Campus but we’ve also arranged for student membership with Virgin Active in the town centre.

University Campus Aylesbury Vale (UCAV) is our most recent campus and is located in the heart of Aylesbury. Bucks have partnered with Aylesbury Vale District Council and Buckinghamshire Education, Skills and Training to build this £16.5 million education centre. UCAV provide a range of professional short courses and students can enjoy a waterside location in the town centre.
