How to pay

Tuition fees are charged on an annual basis at the start of each year of study and are subject to change year on year.

Tuition fees can be paid:

  • in full at the beginning of your year
  • by arranged instalments

Complete the instalment arrangement form (pdf) and either email it to income@bucks.ac.uk or post to:

Online payment
Log on to our secure online payment portal epayment.bucks.ac.uk.

You will need your student ID number and your date of birth.

  • Choose tuition and enter the amount,
  • enter your debit or credit card details and an email address for your receipt,
  • a parent or sponsor can also pay by this method.

Standing order
You can transfer funds directly to our bank account or set up a standing order with your bank to pay on the instalment dates. Our bank details are below:

Please quote your student ID as a reference.

You may be able to set up a standing order with your bank to make the payments on the agreed instalment dates. It is your responsibility to ensure your bank pays the correct amounts on the due dates (any bank charges must be covered by the student or fee payer).

Sponsors
The University cannot apply to a sponsor unless we have, in writing, confirmation that a sponsor agrees to pay. Students should ask their sponsor to complete our sponsorship form or ask them to supply a letter or purchase order. 

Sponsors will be invoiced for the full fee after enrolment and payment terms are immediate.  If we have not received payment within 30 days you may be asked to pay the tuition fees yourself.

Paying on receipt of invoice
Sponsors will be invoiced for the full fee after enrolment of the student.
