Location
Registration, robing and photography take place on the main campus High Wycombe. Ceremonies will all take place in the Wycombe Swan Theatre. Graduation packs with details for booking tickets will be sent to all those eligible to graduate at Easter.

For further information please contact Assessments & Awards by email,  please enter GRADUATION in the subject line.

Student gown hire
All graduands are required to wear correct academic dress at the ceremony. If you hope to be involved in one of the graduation ceremonies you should book your gown online from Ede and Ravenscroft or by using the Booking Form which will be sent to you (at least three weeks before the ceremony).

You will be able to pre-order photography through the same website and form as well. You can wait to order photographs on the day if you wish but it may be more expensive.

Please note

There are two reasons when attendance at a degree congregation will not be possible:
1. If for any reason an award is not made at the Board of Examiners at the end of the academic year.
2. If you appeal against a decision of a Board of Examiners.
If you find yourself in either of these situations, refunds for tickets may be possible. An invitation will be forthcoming for the next scheduled Degree Congregation following the successful completion of your course.

Graduands, guests and staff attending graduation ceremonies should be aware that graduation ceremonies are regarded as public events. Names and faculties of graduands (including those graduating in absentia) are published in the graduation programme, on university branded clothing (t-shirts etc) from our supplier, Campus Clothing and in the Bucks Free Press.

Please do let us know if you or your guests would like the programme in braille, large print, tape or some other format.

Members of the Faculty look forward to seeing you and your guests to celebrate your success at your degree congregation and awards ceremony.
