Exam Information and Timetables

Exams timetables

Timetables for summer exams are now available.

NB: timetables are displayed in excel spreadsheets.
If you do not have MS Excel, you can download excel viewer from Microsoft.

For all exams, please remember you should arrive at the exam venue at least 15 minutes before the exam is timetabled to start. Allow time to travel to the venues.

For travel details please see the travel pages. Please note there is no car parking available on either campus.

If you have any queries with regard to examination timetables, please consult your faculty office in the first instance.

If you have any questions about your exams please email exams@bucks.ac.uk.

If you have difficulties accessing the links or require the information in a different format please notify the Assessments & Awards team.

Students registered with the Disability Service for reasonable adjustments will receive notification of arrangements in the post or by email, and your faculty office will also hold the details. You must confirm the arrangements or inform the Assessments & Awards team of any changes required.

Students with separate arrangements who choose to take an exam in the main room will forfeit access to the alternative arrangements set up.

If you have a query you should contact your faculty registry office in the first instance.

Please remember

Before taking any formal examination you will need to produce your valid student ID card. Your identity will be checked before each exam.

The regulations for the conduct and invigilation of examinations are displayed outside all Examinations Rooms and it is each student's individual responsibility to ensure they are familiar with and comply with these rules and regulations.

No unauthorised materials will be allowed into the examination room: if you take unauthorised materials into the Examination Room this constitutes cheating.

Electronic communication devices (including mobile phones, mp3/4 players, PDAs, laptops, pagers etc) are not permitted in examinations.

If you do enter an examination room with any other personal belongings you will be required to leave them at the front of the examination room or outside for the duration of the examination.

NB Buckinghamshire New University cannot provide safe storage for personal belongings that have been taken to examinations.  You will normally be asked to leave coats and bags outside the examination room. Buckinghamshire New University cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal belongings.

If you consider your performance in an assessment or an examination to have been affected by illness or other personal unforeseen circumstances you can request that a Board of Examiners take this into consideration when making their recommendation on your performance.

Should you wish to do so it is your responsibility to submit the appropriate form (available from your Faculty Registrar or you can download it from the web), together with any supporting documentary evidence, to the Faculty within 10 working days of the event for which they are claimed.
