The quality process required by our regulations and the QAA are overseen by the Quality and Standards Team. We are responsible for Validation, External Examiners and have oversight of Annual Review & Evaluation, Academic Appeals and all formal documentation. At Buckinghamshire New University we have formal processes set up to quality assure all aspects of our course provision and student services. These processes are based on the principles of continuous reflection and evaluation to enhance our provision and the student experience.

 

In this respect, stakeholder feedback is greatly valued and processes for gathering it are integrated in all our quality review processes.
