The formal document Academic handbook: Boards and committees - constitutions and terms of reference, outlines the terms of reference and membership of each committee.   Its appendices detail the committee reporting structure.

From 2006/07 the committee structure has been reorganised as illustrated in the committee structure.  Minutes available up to 2005/06 reflect the old structure.  (See here for previous management and academic committee structures).
